Who we are

Bookit N Go builds travel technology for businesses, agencies and AI. In this notice, "we" and "us" mean Bookit N Go. You can contact us about privacy at hello@bookitngo.com.

What we collect

• What you send us in forms. When you use the product finder, the Talk to us panel, the contact form, a waitlist or the newsletter, we collect what you type: usually your name and email, and sometimes your company and a message.
• Your product finder answers. The choices you tap (for example, the kind of business you run and what matters most to you) and the country and currency you choose.
• Page and campaign details. The page you sent a form from and any campaign tags in the link you followed (such as utm_source), so we know which pages and articles are useful.
• Usage data, with your permission. If you allow analytics or marketing cookies, Google Analytics and the Meta pixel collect information about how you use the site. See Cookies below.

How we use it

• To reply to you and send you what you asked for, such as your plan or early access news.
• To keep a record of your request in our customer relationship system (CRM), so the right person follows up.
• To send you product updates and articles, only if you ticked the box to receive them. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To understand which pages help people and to improve the site, only with your permission for analytics cookies.
• To keep the site secure and stop spam.

Who we share it with

We use service providers to run the site and handle your requests: website hosting and storage, email delivery and our CRM. They process information for us under contract and only for these purposes. If you allow marketing cookies, Google and Meta receive usage information as described below. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

Essential cookies and similar storage keep the site working, for example remembering your cookie choice. With your permission we also use:

• Analytics: Google Analytics, to see which pages are visited and how people use them.
• Marketing: the Meta pixel and Google ads measurement, to measure our ads.

These are delivered through Google Tag Manager, which loads on every page but sets no cookies of its own. Analytics and marketing stay off until you agree, wherever you are. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions for as long as we need them to deal with your request and our relationship with you, and then delete or anonymize them. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, object to or limit how we use it, or ask for a copy. You can withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@bookitngo.com and we will reply. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes

We may update this notice. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
